Maintenance Packages are available to clients who have completed their whole home decluttering and organizing journey with Organization Pending. These prepaid packages allow clients to maintain their investment long-term, on a schedule that fits their lifestyle - letting them lock in their preferred session dates early, guaranteeing Organization Pending is there for them when they need it most.

Monthly/Bimonthly Maintenance Packages - great for:

• Decluttering and organization maintenance for high-use and common use areas of the home: pantries and refrigerators, bathrooms, medicine cabinets, family rooms and kid spaces.

• Room and space preparation for: guests, remodeling and home improvement projects, and client-directed and assisted daily décor removal and replacement for holiday set up and tear down.

• New family member or pet preparation.

• Reorganization projects for your changing life. 

• (Monthly Packages only) Main spaces tidying in preparation for your cleaning company.

• (Monthly Packages only) Package opening and sorting/distribution, and/or mail opening and sorting.

 

Seasonal Maintenance Packages - great for:

• Seasonal clothing and closet changes for the whole family.

• Seasonal garage and shed changes and reorganization.

• Focused decluttering and/or organization sessions when life gets too busy. 

• Combinations or longer sessions of Monthly/Bimonthly service options, unless designated "Monthly Packages only".

Free donation pick up of select items is available through our partnership with Columbus Fashion Academy. Maintenance Package clients also enjoy the benefit of free recycling pick up of items designated for SWACO Household Hazardous Waste, and Accurate IT Services*.
